1. Information you provide

Depending on how you contact us and complete an order, we may receive:

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Business information, such as your brokerage, team, logo, brand preferences, and business contact details.
• Listing information, such as the property address, price, features, descriptions, agent details, and requested call to action.
• Production materials and access information, including asset-folder links and the photographs, logos, documents, or other files you choose to share through those links.
• Order communications, revision notes, approvals, refund requests, support questions, and delivery correspondence.

2. Payment and Stripe information

Checkout will be provided through Stripe. Payment method details are entered into Stripe’s checkout rather than directly into this Site. Stripe may collect payment method, billing, contact, device, and transaction information under its own privacy terms.

$ AiCash expects to receive the transaction information Stripe makes available to the merchant, such as payment status, purchase amount and date, transaction or customer identifiers, and relevant payer contact or billing details. We do not expect to receive the customer’s complete payment card number from Stripe.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to review and accept an order, confirm payment, obtain required materials, communicate about the project, create the purchased deliverables, provide watermarked proofs, process the included revision, record approval, deliver final files, address refund requests, respond to questions, and maintain transaction and project records.

4. Service providers and shared links

Stripe processes checkout and payment information for the transaction. The Site’s hosting provider processes the technical requests necessary to display the Site. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

If you provide a Google Drive, Dropbox, MLS, or other third-party asset link, that service is selected and controlled by you. We access only the folders and materials you make available for the order. Do not include unrelated personal information or payment card details in an asset folder or ordinary project message.

5. Portfolio permission

Completing an order does not automatically authorize public portfolio, showcase, social media, or promotional use of your completed work or supplied property assets. Any such permission will be requested separately after successful completion and is voluntary.

6. Retention and requests

No fixed deletion schedule has been implemented for this initial order flow. Order and project information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill the order, maintain transaction and business records, resolve disputes or refund requests, and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements.

Privacy questions or requests concerning information associated with an order may be sent through the same contact channel used for project communication. A request may be limited where information must be retained for an active order, transaction record, dispute, or legal obligation.

7. Policy updates

This Policy may be updated as the checkout and fulfillment process changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
