Terms of Service

1. Payment and order acceptance

The customer must pay the applicable order price in full before production begins. An order enters production only after payment succeeds and all required listing information and production assets have been received and confirmed accessible.

2. New Client Special

The $149 New Client Special is limited to the first 10 distinct new clients and to one promotional listing per client. Repeat orders do not qualify for another promotional listing.

A promotional spot is consumed once a distinct new client successfully completes payment and the order enters production. A later refund does not reopen that spot or create another promotional-price or guarantee-eligible first order for that client. After the introductory offer ends, the package price is $299.

3. Customer materials and the 24-hour period

Before the production period begins, the customer must provide all required listing information, contact and business details, photographs, logos, brand preferences, property facts, asset-folder access, and any other materials reasonably needed for the package.

The 24-hour commitment applies to delivery of the first completed draft after both payment and receipt of all required, complete, and accessible materials. Time spent waiting for missing information, inaccessible files, clarifications, or customer responses is not part of the production period.

4. Package scope and revisions

The package includes the deliverables identified on the sales page and one consolidated revision round. The customer should submit one clear, complete set of revision notes. Requests outside the approved package scope, including additional versions, extensive new direction, replacement assets after production, or additional revision rounds, may require a separate fee or agreement before that work begins.

5. Customer-supplied content

The customer represents that they have sufficient rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to provide all photographs, logos, property information, music requests, trademarks, and other supplied assets for creation of the purchased marketing materials.

The customer remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all listing information and claims they provide, and for reviewing the proof before approval or publication.

6. First Listing Approval Guarantee

• The guarantee applies only to each new client’s first paid listing.
• The customer receives a clearly watermarked review proof before any clean final deliverables are released.
• After reviewing the first proof, the customer may either request the included consolidated revision round or request a refund without requiring additional production.
• If the revision is used, the customer may still request a refund after reviewing the revised watermarked proof.
• A refund request must be made within 72 hours of the latest watermarked review proof and before any clean or unwatermarked final files are released.
• If refunded, the customer receives no clean deliverables and no license or right to publish, distribute, advertise with, or commercially use the watermarked review material. The customer must discontinue all use of the review material.
• The guarantee ends when the customer approves the proof, receives clean files, uses or publishes review material, or the 72-hour review period expires.
• Repeat customers do not receive the First Listing Approval Guarantee.
• A refunded first order does not create another promotional-price or guarantee-eligible first order.

7. Portfolio and showcase permission

These Terms do not grant $ AiCash automatic portfolio, showcase, social media, or promotional rights to the customer’s completed package or supplied property assets. Any such permission will be requested separately after successful project completion, will be voluntary, and will require the customer to confirm sufficient authority to grant that promotional use.

8. Updates and questions

Terms may be updated for future orders. The version presented at checkout governs that order. Questions about an order or these Terms may be sent through the same contact channel used for project communication.
